04Trade-Controls Posture

Dual-use awareness as standing policy

Advanced electronics and technology components can fall within dual-use and export-control frameworks. Coeus screens consignments accordingly and conducts its trade in adherence to the export-control regimes that govern its destination markets: Switzerland, Germany, the United States and Canada.

This is stated as policy and standing practice, not as a representation about any particular transaction. Where a requirement touches controlled categories, it is reviewed before acceptance, and goods that cannot be moved compliantly are not moved.
