COEUS TRADING International Trading House

01Capabilities

Five service lines, run as one continuous responsibility.

Coeus does not sell from a catalogue. It applies the work of a trading house to a single procurement corridor: sourcing at origin, qualifying what it buys, moving and clearing it, and answering for it from the factory floor to landed delivery.

i

Origin sourcing

Huaqiangbei
Shenzhen · Dongguan
Pearl River Delta

Direct procurement at the manufacturing base

Coeus buys where the goods are made. Working inside the Huaqiangbei electronics district and the wider Pearl River Delta, we deal with factories and authorised channels directly rather than through layered export desks, reaching pricing that sits below the quotes a foreign buyer is normally shown.

Proximity is the point. A standing presence at origin means we can read availability, compare lines across suppliers, and act on a requirement in days rather than negotiate it by correspondence over weeks.

ii

Supplier vetting & quality control

Verification
Sample qualification
Pre-shipment inspection
SMART / diagnostic checks

Nothing ships before it is qualified

Every supplier is verified before a purchase order is cut: registration, track record, and capacity to deliver the specified line. Samples are qualified against the requirement, and consignments are inspected before shipment rather than on arrival, when remedies are limited.

Where hardware is graded or refurbished, units are run through SMART and diagnostic checks and the results recorded, so condition is documented rather than assumed.

iii

Consolidation & freight

Order consolidation
Export packing
Air & ocean freight
Incoterms 2020

Consolidated, packed and routed to suit the order

Orders are consolidated and packed for export, then moved by air or ocean according to the balance of cost, speed and risk the consignment calls for. Routing is structured under Incoterms 2020, with the term agreed in advance so that responsibility, insurance and cost are unambiguous at every leg.

A single consolidated shipment, correctly documented, moves more cleanly through clearance than several fragmented ones, and easier to account for.

iv

Customs & trade compliance

Import / export documentation
Tariff classification
Duty handling
CH · DE · US · CA

Documentation and clearance across four jurisdictions

Each destination market has its own documentary and classification requirements. Coeus prepares import and export documentation, applies the correct tariff classification, and handles duties for clearance into Switzerland, Germany, the United States and Canada.

Trade-controls awareness runs through this work: consignments are screened for dual-use considerations and handled in line with the export-control regimes that apply to each market. This is stated as policy and standing practice.

v

Terms & accountability

Single point of responsibility
Origin to landed delivery
End-to-end traceability

One party answerable, end to end

The corridor is held under a single point of responsibility. From the moment a requirement is accepted to the moment goods are landed, the client deals with Coeus, not a chain of intermediaries each accountable for a single leg.

Documentation traces each consignment from supplier to delivery: commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin and the agreed Incoterm, retained as a record of what moved and under whose responsibility.
